Andrea has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland. She completed her dietetic internship with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and then passed the national dietetic registration exam to become a registered dietitian. Later, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from UMDNJ with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition. Her thesis focused on dietary supplement use among high school students in a central New Jersey school district.
 Andrea has earned American Dietetic Association Certifications in Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Weight Management. She has experience in nutrition counseling for all populations as well as establishing weight management programs for her employers. She has previously worked as a dietitian for the Princeton Longevity Center, the Rothman Institute, Monmouth Medical Center, and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital. As a past competitive gymnast, swimmer, and lifeguard, Andrea knows firsthand how nutrition can improve athletic performance and health. She feels you should focus on what you should eat, not what you shouldn't eat. Andrea practices what she preaches by eating well and exercising daily. She enjoys motivating and educating her clients on the importance of nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to help her clients reach their nutrition goals!
